Guided Meditation: Relaxation and Spiritual Healing, led by Rev. Janet

Rev. Janet guides us on a relaxing journey, and helps us develop a method to bring this relaxation into our daily lives. This journey touches each major energy center of our body, and begins or enhances the healing process for each center, and the physical and mental parts of us associated with them.
